The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on ExcellenceTrophies.com. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We will treat each order for products as an offer by you to purchase the products subject to these terms and conditions.

ExcellenceTrophies is managed by Blue Dot Solutions Limited for all territories, with the exception of Hong Kong SAR. Clients in Hong Kong SAR and orders with a destination within Hong Kong SAR are operated by Farmani Group Inc.

Description of Products

All images, sizes, descriptions, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the products and are not subject to a guarantee of accuracy.

Accuracy of Product Information

All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have been provided by ExcellenceTrophies. The intention of ExcellenceTrophies is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, ExcellenceTrophies cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.

Payment and Price

The total price payable for the products will be stipulated at the time when you place your order, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the products is wrong — whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

All prices on our website are in U.S. dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT, sales tax, customs duties, and delivery charges, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Delivery charges will be displayed and payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.

Payment Methods

We accept PayPal and debit cards (via Stripe), including Visa and Mastercard.
Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s location and the payment providers’ supported regions.

On the order, you must provide your exact billing address and telephone number. Your order will only be processed once authorization of your card has been properly received. We do not have access to your credit card numbers — PayPal and Stripe handle the charges and only send us an approval code.

Availability of Products

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the products for any reason, we will not charge you and we will refund any money already paid. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the products.

Delivery Charges

All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery, customs and duty, and local VAT charges. Your shipping costs are automatically calculated on the final payment page.

Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees

All prices, fees and other amounts referred to in these Terms — including any commissions, handling or delivery fees — are stated in USD or EUR and are exclusive of any and all applicable sales tax, VAT, customs duties, tariffs, or other governmental fees.

You acknowledge and agree that:
– All taxes, import duties, customs clearance charges, and other related fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
– These costs are not included in the price of the products or the shipping charges shown on the website.
– ExcellenceTrophies may add certain taxes to the amounts charged, as a separate charge, when legally required or allowed to do so.
– It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with any applicable tax laws, import regulations, or payment of associated fees in their country.

Each party agrees to cooperate and provide documentation if needed under applicable law to minimize or qualify for exemptions from such charges.

Risk

From the time of dispatch of the products, any loss or damage to the products shall be at your own risk.

Time Limitation for Notification of Claims

– Shortages: You must notify us of any shortages within 7 days from delivery.
– Incorrect Products: Notify us within 7 days from delivery.
– Non-Deliveries: Notify us within 10 days from the expected delivery date. We will not accept liability beyond that time frame.

Cancellation of Orders & Returned Products

Orders can only be cancelled prior to customization or shipment. Once an item has been customized or shipped, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds under any circumstances.

Other

You own the products once full payment is received. We do not offer credit facilities. Invoices are issued once the products are dispatched. Failure to enforce any part of these terms and conditions does not waive our right to enforce them later. These terms and conditions may change at any time without prior notice.

Shipping Policy

Customers are charged for shipping during checkout. Products are shipped within 1–3 weeks of the order, depending on availability and customization. If expedited shipping is requested, we will calculate and provide a separate quote.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
– Product weight and dimensions
– Buyer’s and seller’s locations
– Packaging materials required

At this time, the only way to calculate shipping is by placing products in your cart and entering a shipping address. The total, including shipping and taxes, will be displayed before confirming payment.

Please note: In the event of damage during transit, this is the responsibility of the third-party courier. ExcellenceTrophies is not liable for damages caused during shipping. However, we will assist you as much as possible in filing claims or coordinating with the courier service.
